Important Disclaimer: The GPC Fund Board does not have Directors and Officers (D&O) insurance at this time. Our policy ended in 2021 (the insurer was getting out of the D&O space) and we have not been able to find a company able to provide us a cost-effective policy. Our goal as the Fund Board is to provide sound financial management to avoid insolvency, reduce liability, and get the party back on track so that we will be able to get a D&O insurance policy. We are being open and transparent about the Fund’s situation so that all applicants are aware of the additional risk they will be accepting as Fund board members. *
