Job Ad

The Green Party of Canada (GPC) is searching for a full-time, highly motivated data administrator with a talent for organizing and presenting data and a passion for green politics.

The GPC is a smaller federal political party with one great MP and lots of (also great) supporters. We are carving out a niche in Canadian politics with a unique message and lots of hard work.

The GPC team is a supportive and talented group who are working across the country to lay the groundwork for the next election. The team needs a responsive and collaborative Data person to assist in day-to-day operations and to help inform our electoral strategy going into 2019.

The Data Wrangler will form the core of our data management and analysis by: gathering data from disparate databases, cleaning the data, and loading the transformed data into structures to suit the needs of various operational groups. This individual will create and apply one-off tailored solutions for data wrangling as well as develop semi-automated and automated ETL and database solutions.

The Data Wrangler will be responsible for converting available data to actionable information through reporting, data visualization tools, presentations etc. The position will also require proactive collection of data through surveys, data-mining, and review of analytics reports.

We hope you’ll join us!
