La deuxi\u00e8me r\u00e9union des \u00c9tats parties au TIAN se tient aujourd&#39;hui et demain (27-28 novembre) \u00e0 New York. Elizabeth May, cheffe du Parti vert du Canada, participe \u00e0 cette conf\u00e9rence dans le cadre de la Campagne internationale pour l&#39;abolition des armes nucl\u00e9aires Parliamentaires pour la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation TIAN alors que le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral refuse \u00e0 nouveau d&#39;envoyer une d\u00e9l\u00e9gation.<\/p><p>&nbsp;<\/p><p>&laquo;&nbsp;\u00c0 un moment o\u00f9 la diplomatie mondiale est de plus en plus menac\u00e9e par les conflits et les guerres, je suis fi\u00e8re de me joindre \u00e0 mes coll\u00e8gues du monde entier pour plaider contre les armes nucl\u00e9aires. Ces armes repr\u00e9sentent une menace existentielle de plus en plus grande pour l&#39;humanit\u00e9, et la Russie a ouvertement sugg\u00e9r\u00e9 l&#39;utilisation d&#39;armes nucl\u00e9aires dans sa guerre contre l&#39;Ukraine. Le gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral d\u00e9clare avoir un engagement&nbsp;&laquo;&nbsp;in\u00e9branlable&nbsp;&raquo;&nbsp;en faveur de l&#39;abolition des armes nucl\u00e9aires, mais son refus de participer \u00e0 cet important forum mondial est particuli\u00e8rement significatif.
