{"id":19377,"date":"2025-08-08T20:04:58","date_gmt":"2025-08-09T00:04:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.greenparty.ca\/?post_type=article&#038;p=19377"},"modified":"2025-08-08T20:06:32","modified_gmt":"2025-08-09T00:06:32","slug":"parti-vert-denonce-les-exigences-des-promoteurs","status":"publish","type":"article","link":"https:\/\/www.greenparty.ca\/fr\/nouvelles\/parti-vert-denonce-les-exigences-des-promoteurs","title":{"rendered":"Le Parti vert d\u00e9nonce les pressions des promoteurs pour rouvrir le march\u00e9 immobilier canadien au capital mondial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"\"><strong>OTTAWA \u2014<\/strong> Le Parti vert du Canada demande au gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de rejeter les pressions des promoteurs visant \u00e0 lever l\u2019interdiction d\u2019achat par des acheteurs \u00e9trangers, avertissant qu\u2019une telle d\u00e9cision renforcerait le syst\u00e8me m\u00eame qui a rendu le logement inabordable.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">\u00ab Il ne s\u2019agit pas ici de construire des logements, mais de prot\u00e9ger un mod\u00e8le d\u2019affaires fond\u00e9 sur la vente de l\u2019immobilier canadien au capital mondial, \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 la cheffe du Parti vert, Elizabeth May. \u00ab Les promoteurs veulent \u00e9couler leurs unit\u00e9s invendues en pr\u00e9construction et demandent l\u2019aide du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral pour les vendre \u00e0 des investisseurs \u00e9trangers. Ce n\u2019est pas une politique du logement \u2014 c\u2019est de la recherche de profit. \u00bb  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Cette demande, formul\u00e9e dans une soumission pr\u00e9budg\u00e9taire par de grands promoteurs tels que Mattamy, Great Gulf, Minto et DiamondCorp, propose de rouvrir le march\u00e9 aux acheteurs internationaux afin de \u00ab lib\u00e9rer des milliards \u00bb en capital priv\u00e9. Mais le Parti vert affirme qu\u2019une telle approche ne ferait que renforcer la d\u00e9pendance du Canada aux investissements sp\u00e9culatifs et \u00e9loigner encore davantage le r\u00eave de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 pour les Canadiens ordinaires. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">\u00ab La crise du logement n\u2019est pas locale, elle est mondiale. Et elle ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 l\u2019offre et \u00e0 la demande. Elle d\u00e9coule des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s, \u00bb a poursuivi May. \u00ab De Londres \u00e0 Lisbonne en passant par Vancouver, c\u2019est la m\u00eame histoire : les ultra-riches ach\u00e8tent des actifs \u2014 comme des logements \u2014 et les travailleurs en sont exclus. Tant que nous ne ferons pas face \u00e0 cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9, rien ne changera. \u00bb <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Le parti soutient que permettre au capital \u00e9tranger de r\u00e9int\u00e9grer le march\u00e9 de la pr\u00e9construction ne contribuerait en rien \u00e0 combler la p\u00e9nurie de logements au Canada, mais permettrait assur\u00e9ment aux promoteurs d\u2019augmenter leurs profits et de maintenir artificiellement les prix des terrains. Cela continuerait aussi de fausser les types de logements construits : pas de coop\u00e9ratives, pas de logements abordables \u00e0 louer, mais de l\u2019immobilier de luxe destin\u00e9 \u00e0 attirer l\u2019argent, et non les familles. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">\u00ab Les promoteurs affirment qu\u2019ils ne peuvent pas financer leurs projets sans investissements \u00e9trangers. Ce qu\u2019ils disent vraiment, c\u2019est qu\u2019ils ont b\u00e2ti un syst\u00e8me tellement d\u00e9pendant du capital sp\u00e9culatif qu\u2019ils ne peuvent plus fonctionner sans lui, \u00bb a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mike Morrice, le critique du logement et pour l\u2019inclusion des personnes handicap\u00e9es. \u00ab Ce n\u2019est pas une raison pour changer les r\u00e8gles. C\u2019est un signal d\u2019alarme clair qu\u2019il faut changer de syst\u00e8me. \u00bb <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">Le Parti vert r\u00e9clame plut\u00f4t un retour aux investissements f\u00e9d\u00e9raux \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle dans le logement hors march\u00e9, en particulier les logements locatifs \u00e0 but non lucratif et les coop\u00e9ratives d\u2019habitation, accompagn\u00e9s de mesures fermes pour freiner la sp\u00e9culation et l\u2019accaparement immobilier par les fonds financiers. Cela inclut le refus des all\u00e9gements fiscaux pour les promoteurs de logements de luxe et la fin des subventions indirectes accord\u00e9es aux propri\u00e9taires corporatifs qui profitent de la raret\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"\">\u00ab C\u2019est un moment de clart\u00e9. Les promoteurs ont r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 exactement quel type d\u2019\u00e9conomie du logement ils veulent d\u00e9fendre, \u00bb a conclu May. \u00ab C\u2019est \u00e0 nous maintenant de riposter
