"We are a nexus of interesting Conservation projects at Universities and Colleges of the Atlantic provinces. Everyone in the AYEC has their own commitment on campus to accomplishing environmental stewardship, awareness and policy. As a group, we are able to advise and encourage one another. Our exciting initiatives include inter-university competitions in sustainability, Earth Hour events and student environment conferences. In a dynamic and perplexing web of systems created to manage our resources, this is a place where we can share experiences that ultimately impact on the future of the planet."
