OTTAWA – Due to the Leaders\u2019 Debates Commission’s mishandling of communications around its decision to exclude the Green Party from the leaders\u2019 debates, public confusion has escalated to levels of disinformation that pose a serious threat to fair voting. Elections Canada will confirm this to any journalist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Green Party is running candidates in all 10 provinces, as well as in the Yukon and Northwest Territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We repeat our demand that Michel Cormier, Executive Director of the Leaders\u2019 Debates Commission, resign and issue a formal apology to Canadians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
