His Holiness the Dalai Lama visited Ottawa this week on his world tour, spreading a message of hope and compassion. The exiled spiritual leader of Tibet said with a laugh,
“If I were to join a political party, I would join the Green Party.”
He noted that the Green Party is the party concerned about ecology.
The Dalai Lama continues his calls for world peace, a hope that is shared by Greens worldwide.
