Affirm the value of consensus based governance

BE IT RESOLVED that we reaffirm Green Rules as the Green Party of Canada’s guidelines for managing debate and building consensus;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that we look to the elected officers of the Party (the Leader, the Council and EDA executives) to protect consensus based governance by ensuring that all motions submitted for consideration adhere to party principles, and are not in contravention of existing and established policies, unless the motions specifically seek to overturn or supersede these existing established policies.
