Josiane Fortin is from Saint-Jules in Beauce. She completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree at McGill University in 2006 and an MBA in e-Business from Laval University in 2015. She has worked in marketing, manufacturing, information technology and economic development, and she currently works as a business consultant.
Josiane has lived in Saint-Georges since 2009 with her husband and two children. She spends her free time reading, painting and studying. She is also an author and has published four books to date.
Josiane is particularly interested in marketing, entrepreneurship, sustainable development and the circular economy. She has international experience, as her curiosity has led her to live in the United States and Mexico. Thanks to her travels, she is trilingual, however she always knew that life would bring her back to Québec.
Josiane got involved with the Green Party of Canada because she wants to raise public awareness of the options available to create a more sustainable and equitable future.
