When voting on resolutions: Red means disagreement with the resolution. Yellow means resolution should be clarified/edited in workshop. Green means approval of the resolution.
Policy resolutions propose an official stance the party should take on an issue of national concern, such as supporting a carbon tax or opposing uranium mining.

Governance resolutions (constitutional or directive) propose an amendment to the party’s constitution or bylaws, or an operational change to internal party functions–for example: forming a new committee or setting a membership fee.
