The Phil Lind Initiative 2019 series will explore the theme of 'America and the Climate Crisis.' For the next lecture in the series, the UBC School of Public Pollicy and Golobal Affairs has confirmed a lecture with Bill McKibben, noted environmental activist and author of the first book about global warming - 1989's The End of Nature. Mr. McKibben will give a 30 minute lecture. Elizabeth will moderate the following Q&A.
