Advisory: Elizabeth May Delivers Speech at Canadian Citizenship Ceremony in Victoria, B.C.

(OTTAWA) – Elizabeth May, Leader of the Green Party of Canada (MP, Saanich – Gulf Islands), delivers a speech at a special citizenship ceremony in Victoria to welcome 70 new citizens.

Presiding over the event will be Deborah Grey, former MP and Order of Canada recipient. Additional speakers include Lisa Helps, Mayor of the City of Victoria; and Lorna Crozier, renowned poet and Order of Canada recipient.

The event is hosted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and the Institute for Canadian Citizenship.
