Preamble

WHEREAS Bylaw 10, presents a list of those party documents that are to be freely available to members of the party, and

WHEREAS several documents referenced in the Constitution are not in the list.

Operative

BE IT RESOLVED that Bylaw 10 be expanded to include the constitutions of the Young Greens, and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Federal Council be empowered to make available further documents as appropriate.
