Guelph: Elizabeth May Addresses Guelph Students

Event Description

Join Elizabeth May as she addresses Guelph University students to build energy and raise awareness for the October 24th International Day of Climate Action, and the Ottawa area event on October 24th named 100,000 on the Hill. 100,000 on The Hill is a gathering of Canadians in person on the International Day of Climate Action.  The event seeks to show our government that Canadians support proactive, internationally acceptable climate policy in advance of the December UNFCC negotiations in Copenhagen.

David Noble, University of Guelph Graduate, environmental consultant, activist, and creator of Environmental Advocacy group "2degreesC"
Gracen Johnson, University of Guelph Student, environmental activist, creator of 100,000 on the Hill Gathering
