National Field Director - Bilingual (French/English)

This is an exciting time for the Green Party of Canada (GPC). In the 2019 federal election, we put forward a bold platform, won over one million votes, and tripled the size of our caucus in Parliament. • Campaign support and leadership
  • Party growth and building the team
  • Volunteer admin support
  • EDA support and leadership
  • Continually reviewing and improving internal processes to better support the EDA and candidates

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience leading teams, financial planning, budgeting and results-based management
  • Experience leading successful political campaigns in first-past-the-post electoral systems
  • Mastery of the state-of-the-art in political campaigning
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving strategies
