(6:30pm Pacific) Good Governance for Healthy EDAs: The word, “governance” can elicit groans from some of us. Especially for folks that just want to “get to work.” So, it is often left to “policy wonks” to take the time to consider the details and procedural underpinnings of how to run organizations and teams. A healthy, robust team includes a variety of people, with a diversity of views, skills and mindsets. This diversity is what makes a team strong and resilient. It can also be what holds a team back if clear structures and understandings aren’t in place - and practiced.
