I am pleased to submit my candidacy as Quebec’s future representative on the Federal Council for the upcoming years. I hope this first attempt will be successful. I’ve been involved with the Green Party since the 2015 election and I’m quickly learning how the Party works. I’ve been sitting as a volunteer board member on the finance committee of the greenhouses of the city of Verdun, a borough of Montreal, for nearly one year. I’m a beekeeper at the city’s greenhouses, and I’m conducting an urban pollination project. I’ve already been involved in municipal politics because I ran for mayor of the city of Verdun in 2013. I also gained experience as an advisor to a provincial party in 2014. I’m also very familiar with how governments at all levels operate because I studied political science at the University of Montreal (UdeM) and the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM). I’ve been able to put my studies into practice many times. I hope to have an opportunity to meet with you soon. Thank you.
