Elizabeth will give a forty minute lecture titled, “Bad laws and good intentions – how and why Harper-era policies resist reform,” followed by a Q&A.

Dalhousie Law Hour is a one-hour lecture each week given by prominent legal, academic and political minds of our time. The forum provides an opportunity for participants to learn from practitioners how law functions in everyday life and work in various fields.

This event is free and open to the public. It will be taped.
