Join Moderator Lawrence Martin of the Globe and Mail and representatives of the major federal political parties for a lively panel discussion of each party’s foreign policy priorities going into the next election. Martin will be speaking with the NDP’s Paul Dewar, the Liberal’s Marc Garneau, the Green’s Elizabeth May and the invited Conservative representative who is to be confirmed*. What are they thinking?
