Once again, I am not hearing the words "structural deficit." The Parliamentary Budget Officer says that the conservatives have created a structural deficit. Mr Harper, you cannot get out of the deficit Mr. Harper while ignoring the structural deficit you have created.
You cannot keep cutting corporate tax rates and increasing spending and expect to get out of the deficit.
