Canada Green Party MP Elizabeth May spoke to the Minister of the Environment this morning, and she is not impressed by her country's "new" statement that it wants a legally binding agreement by 2015 to cut greenhouse gas emissions. She sees it as a public relations ploy to offer something that sounds nice at first, but has so many conditions that it would be impossible for the world's more vulnerable countries to sign up.
