What is Harper and the conservative party's agenda?

Back a few years, a conservative signed NAFTA, what is the focus? the yard stick, what is the effect on Canadians.
We have lost control of our own quotas to our exports.
The US corporations, using a NAFTA clause and their star chamber, are draining per person, $1000s of tax dollars over the years that we need for the arts, schools and the homeless.
NAFTA and the wrong headed push by existing governments for foreign investment, opened the door to a complete buy out of our most profitable businesses.
I would say the US and these US corporations are weakening Canada through all these signed agreements to a point where we as Canadians will just give up without a fight.
What really are those hard decisions Harper has been hinting at?
