Greens far Ahead of all other Parties on Environment According to Canadians
Attached for your downloading pleasure below is the Globe and Mail, CTV Strategic Counsel poll showing the environnent at the most important issue according Canadians with 26%; second is Health Care at 18%; the third issue comes in at 6%. (see page 14 of the report).
On the issue of the environment -- who do Canadians most trust? -- us by almost a factor of 2:1 over any other party (see page 44)
Green Party . 27%
Liberal . . . . 16%
Conservative 12%
NDP . . . . . . .9%
Bloc . . . . . . 2%
Canadians know we have the best plans for this, the most important issue. With the best plan for the most important issue -- it is a very good time to be a Green going into an election!
On overall impression of party leaders, Elizabeth scores higher than Harper with Canadians and has roughly the same scoring as the three other opposition leaders (see page 8).
