Canadian cities walk the line to polls

Today eight Canadian cities woke up to a sea of green lines pointing the way to advance polling stations. Young Greens in Victoria, Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Toronto, Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo and Montreal laid down over 680 kilometres of green sidewalk chalk to point voters to the advance polling stations.

The Green Line campaign to raise awareness and encourage voters to get out for the advance polls launched earlier this week with the release of a video on Youtube.

To encourage voter engagement, the Green Party is also suggesting Canadians use the Green Party mobile app to send a postcard to their friends and family when they vote.
