Event Description

Action on climate change is being undermined by increasing threats to key democratic institutions. Come out and learn about the connections between democracy and climate change in Canada and how you can take local action. 

Become inspired by presentations from Elizabeth May, leader of the Green Party of Canada, as well as local organizations such as Toronto350, the Toronto Environmental Alliance, The Toronto Seed Library / Occupy Gardens, Green Majority Media, Friends of the Reform Act, Eradicating Ecocide, Climate Fast, Ontario Clean Air Alliance, Ranked Ballet Initiative, and No Line 9.
