Delegates are gathering in Mexico this December to negotiate a climate change agreement for the post-Kyoto period. After last year's disastrous conference in Copenhagen failed to produce a binding accord with concrete targets, these talks are even more critical.
The decisions made in Mexico will determine the world our children inherit. Another failure is not an option.
The Green Party of Canada is calling on all its members and supporters to do the following.

- Call or write your MP to let them know that climate change matters to voters like you.

- Send letters to the editor to newspapers to voice your concern on climate change. Call-in to radio shows when climate change is being addressed and share your concerns. Make comments online on articles that deal with climate change.
- Ask your friends and family to do the same, and join the Green Party email list so that they can receive important updates on the talks.
- Support the Green Party of Canada at COP16 by signing our petition to support two key policy ideas.
