'black swans' used to rationalize why rational people can ignore considerable risks?
I have been canvassing whenever I have an hour or a day to do so. Campaign team felt this was the best way to get 'branded', while at the same time running ads in both Haldimand and Norfolk.
This has cut into my time to get on net and stay connected with other candidates and interested greens.
An article in the Hamilton Spectator @

has offered an interesting rationale for the irrationale ignoring of risks that might allow us to understand the politics of the tarsands, the G8, G20 (really the G50) etc of Canadian politics.
Could this be used by GPC to further expose irrational responses to risky but preventable conditions by the present parties in power in Canada?
