it is very disappointing that green parties in the Provinces over the past recent elections

have seen their % of the vote drop.

NPD appointing a relatively unknow person as interim leader smacks of

poor judgement on their part.

sorry I got that last blog wrong. It was the Greens in BC at 16 and the NDP at 17.

So we are running neck in neck with the NDP.

Polls suggest that we are mighty close to the Liberals in % votes 14 for greens 17 for the Liberals.

I didn't like G. Laraque as a hockey player( maybe cause I am a Canuck fan). I like him less as a Deputy Leader of the Greens. What happen to democracy?. The members don't have a say! 

Although the UK Green Party elected their 1st member to the British Parliament, they only got 1% of the overall vote.  We do much better then that in Canada.

So the latest Canadian Press poll shows that in BC the NDP and Conservatives basically in a tie at 30% and the Greens just 3% behind the mighty Liberals- 21% to 18%.
